This is a pretty straight forward spreadsheet. It allows spaces to fill in what you ate and the points. It totals up your points and even deducts it from your maximum. Also included are the instructions on how to change it so you will bank the right number of points for you.
If I find out a way to carry totals from one workbook to another, I will reset it so the total banked points for the week will total up. However, I haven't found a good way to do that. So for now, it just gives you your unused points for each day of the week seperately.
