My Top Ten Reasons to Conquer My Weight

- To be healthy. Simple to say, but harder to do...
- To eat foods that are good for me so I will be healthy long into the
future.
- To be able to enjoy physical activities with others without having to
think 'Can keep up with them?'
- To learn how to stop food from controlling me and learn to control it.
- To reward myself without food, but though other means.
- To stop having doctors blaming my physical problems on my weight,
rather than looking at the entire body.
- To get rid of my lower back pain (which is now gone!).
- To be able to find clothing that fits more easily and frankly, more
cheaply!
- To give myself the chance to have children some day if/when the time
comes (and at this weight,there could be serious complications).
- At 60, to be able to climb a flight of stairs more easily than I
could at 30.
