This was the last part of my weight loss journey. Struggling with the last pounds to get to goal.

I have to confess, it was a challenging time. I changed my goal weight after deciding that I was at a healthy weight with my doctor. So there was some adjustment. What matters most is I am at a healthy weight for my body. I made it to my goal weight & lifetime!

So ultimately, it wasn't about how long it took, but getting there that matters most.

June 21 05 168.0 +5.2 172 I really think the receptionist screwed up my weigh in last week. It doesn't make any sense that I was down 4.8 last week and up 5.2 this week. I think last week should have been 168.2, not 162.8. So I really think this week was fine. It was a mix up by the receptionist.
June 28 05 178.6 +10.6 161.4 This wacked me out completely. I screwed up my foot so I can't exercise & didn't eat well because of it. However, it wasn't 10+ pounds worth! I believe it was water gain due to the medication I was on for my foot.
July 6 05 171.2 -7.4 168.8 I am happy that some of last week's gain was gone. Though I have to confess, I am really disappointed there was a large gain. It means I lost my 50% Gone Mark! And worse yet it means I have lost any ground I have made since April. All because of two off weeks and my foot being messed up!

Set my goal weight to 167 with my doctor. It was the right decision for me. So this week I officially made goal!
Feb 14 06 164.4 -2.2 175.6 First week of maintenance. Add 14 points. Still seeing a loss though this is typically my big loss week. So I will stick with the same points.
Feb 21 06 164.8 +0.4 175.2 Second week of maintenance. Still at 14 more points per week. So I guess that is working as I was only up 0.4, so pretty much maintaining.
Feb 28 06 165.6 +0.8 174.4 Week Three of Maintenance. Up a little though given this is water gain week, it was less than I feared it would be. So that is good.
Mar 7 06 169.6 +4 170.4 Week Four of Maintenance. I was over my points by 8.5 and used all my activity points. Not good. Lots of stress eating and it showed on the scale in a huge way.
Mar 13 06 166.2 -3.4 173.8 Week Five of Maintenance. Much better. Back right around goal. Even a little below. Next week, lifetime! *crosses fingers*
