So begins a new phase of my Weight Watchers journey. Maintenance.

The journey isn't over. I still have to work to maintain my weight loss. And that does require work.

I will continue to record my weight so that I won't lose sight of all the positive changes. And I want to stay healthy. So I will continue to update this.

Apr 11 06 Work was too frantic. Couldn't get to meeting.
Apr 18 06 167.6 -3.2 172.4 I don't think I did great with my eating the past two weeks, but I still lost. I think the big gain was mostly water & my body is evening out a bit. Still need to be careful with my eating to make sure I don't gain.
Apr 25 06 167.8 +0.8 172.2 Don't think my eating was outstanding, but it seems I am figuring out a good balance. I think my body is switching to maintaining. Woohoo!
May 2 06 Vacation week. Woohoo.
May 9 06 172.6 +4.8 167.4 I was on vacation so I missed the previous week. And I overate on my vacation and my anniversary weekend away. Not stunned at all by the gain.
May 16 06 166.2 -6.4 173.8 Stunned with the large loss. Though did a very aerobic dance class right before so might have sweated out a couple pounds of water.
May 22 06 167.8 +1.6 172.2 Feeling like I am maintaining which is good. I wasn't sure I would given the big loss last week.
May 30 06 173.2 +5.4 166.8 Kinda surprised by that jump. Hoping it is just water gain week shifting around a bit.

Jul 18 06 173.0 -3.2 167 Glad to see a loss. I got back on losing points and really focused. In part because I have been selected for a WW.com success story. Woohoo! Photo shoot on Augsut 3rd. So gotta get close to goal again.
Jul 25 06 172.6 -0.4 167.4 Frustrated honestly as I have been on track with points and adding more exercise. Want to get back to 50% gone for the shoot! *sigh*

8/29 & 9/3 06 Took vacation. Not in the office.

Sep 19 06 176.4 -1.6 163.6 Honestly a bit surprised by the loss. Was sick all week and not great about eating and no exercise. Hoping it doesn't spring up next weigh in.
Sep 26 06 177.8 +1.4 162.2 Not stunned by the gain. Eating was less than ideal and I was still fighting off crud.
